something new!!

Today I watched other teams prototypes and they were really cool and interesting and I am currently in a new team with Bree and we showed each other some things that we knew about the game and it seemed to work out pretty well.

Finished!!

We got our video recorded today and we got it loaded up on to our team page. We had a total of 15 slides which I think is a pretty good description of the game but the game will we alot better once we can add all the graphics and everything that we need to do to make our game the way we want it. Catching up!!

I haven't been here for the last ocuple of classes and I just now got caught up with everytihng we were doing and now I think im good. We finished our last paper on our prototype and now we just hae to finalize it and record what its about and we will for sure be caught up

More info on the game

Toady we mainly discussed things about our game and we also talked about like what the age group of our game is going to be about, and at first we wanted to make it kind of challenging and it still will be but we decided to go with 9-11 because we thought that it would be like right in the middle like not to easy or not to hard either. i'll keep you updated when I can think of anything else to tell you =]

Looking for some info!!

We worked on the section that we were supposed to work on and I found a really interesting site that gives me alot of info in one whole page. Some examples are like how to align a picture which I'll need to learn how to do for the mini game, how to make boxes and scroll pages which we might need but not for sure yet. I dont have enough time to explain everything but if you want to check it out here it is. =]

Getting Info

Today we mainly looked up info and I acutally found some really good info for our paper prototype and our mini game just incase we need something to look back on heres the info if you want to look at it. You might not understand it but it really helps us. click here =]

Getting started

We got to our third page of the prototype and made a couple buttons were also made today. We are now working on the description where I actually have to do some research for our game but im sure i'll get something

With the short time I have in this class today I was trying to think of some ideas but i didnt seem like i had enough time so I'll think of some over the weekend and post them if I can come up with any

Globaloria

In globaloria today we were told to come up with some ideas about our topic that is well not a very good one considering were the only class who has this topic :( and well its not an easy topic to work with.

Getting Started

Yesterday in Globaloria I didn't really get to work with flash that much because i was still getting used to it but now i'm doing ok with it and I can do a faw things with it=]

Today in Globaloria was actually fun because I got to actually got to work with Flash and see whats its all about...well not all of it but a start of it anyways

Setting in English Class

I finished my work in English so I thought I would post something because I'm bored, and I think I have come up with an idea for the mini game design.=]

Choosing a Topic

I haven't chose a topic yet but I did explore the different genres like Art Games, Platform Games, and Adventure Games just to name a few. Maybe I'll have a topic by next class period.

Civics

Today in Globaloria has been, well not very interesting, because were talking about Civics and it really has nothing to do with Globaloria and yes I do understand that the game has to be educational but we should be able to do whatever we want and still make it educational.

Exploring New Things

Since I've been in Globaloria, I've mainly been working on my wiki page to make it look somewhat better and I've found alot of interesting codes like changing the color of my text and changing the font of my text. just some of the things I like to do =]
